easy prey
This site is a bit too touchy feelie for my liking, but it's a good example of those who insist on describing forums and IM circles and chatrooms as "communities".
User Not Found is a blog devoted to discussing the death of online friends, and it maybe callous of me to say (oh alright, it IS) but it's just begging to be pranked.
And, although it's a bit dated, here's a guide for dying.
